"The TIG Experience" was built to close that gap.
We structured the brand film around staff interviews drawn from every level of the organisation. Customer service. Operations. The executive team. Each voice adding a different dimension to the same story: TIG Freight is a company of connected, capable people working in genuine coordination across a vast national network.
That multi-level perspective does something a leadership-only narrative can't: it proves the culture is real, not just aspired to. When someone in customer service and someone in the executive suite are telling the same story about reliability and care, the viewer believes it.
The video serves a dual purpose, functioning as both a high-level marketing asset for the website and a powerful recruitment tool. People want to work somewhere that feels unified. This film shows, clearly and credibly, that TIG Freight is exactly that.
