Retail & QSR Video Production Melbourne: Content That Keeps Up With Your Network
Training content that actually gets retained, brand consistency across hundreds of locations, and recruitment content that needs refreshing every time a hiring cycle runs. The BTP crew has spent fourteen years solving exactly this for some of Australia's best-known franchise brands.
Everyone who has ever worked a shift knows what a boring compliance video looks like, and knows that nobody retains it. The BTP crew takes a different approach to QSR and retail training content: playful pacing, clear structure, and visual variety that holds attention rather than just checking the box. The goal is content your staff actually watches, and actually learns from. Clients including Boost Juice and Betty's Burgers have measured the difference.
Training Your Staff Actually Remembers
Consistent Across Every Location, Every Time
A standardised production framework covering lighting, framing, and colour grading means every piece of content looks and feels like it came from the same place, regardless of which store, city, or franchisee it was filmed in. This matters for brand perception, for training efficacy, and for the trust your customers place in every location that carries your name.
Content That Keeps Up With Your Hiring Cycle
High staff turnover is a structural reality for retail and QSR brands. Training and recruitment content needs to be refreshed regularly rather than treated as a one-time production. The BTP crew works with ongoing franchise clients to update content efficiently as procedures change, products launch, and hiring campaigns run. Same-day quotes mean you can start the moment you need to.

A sizzle reel from Angostura's largest-ever Australian activation at the 2025 Melbourne Cup. Built to satisfy international stakeholders and inspire local social audiences in the same piece of content.
Documenting a major brand activation at the Melbourne Cup is a two-audience challenge. You need to give international stakeholders the proof of investment they're looking for while simultaneously creating content that feels accessible and aspirational to the local social audience following along online.
These two audiences don't always want the same thing.
We deployed a small, agile crew to Flemington with a clear brief: capture the energy of Angostura's presence as part of the broader race-day experience, not as a premium set-piece removed from it. The brand's appeal is its accessibility, and the content had to reflect that.
The bartenders' precise, rapid skills against the backdrop of a sweltering Melbourne day became the visual anchor. The drinks themselves are light, refreshing, and visually striking under the right conditions. Contextual shots of the wider Flemington atmosphere placed the brand exactly where it needed to be: part of the fabric of the day, not just a logo at an activation stand.
The result is rhythmic, dense, and versatile, validating the investment for international eyes while giving the local audience something genuinely shareable.
