Rather than literal interviews or app demonstrations, we developed a high-concept animated brand film that uses abstract shapes and motion to evoke specific emotional states: anxiety, courage, pride. The visual language aligns the brand with the sleek, visionary aesthetic seen in global tech leaders, positioning The People Spot as a serious, forward-thinking organisation without ever leaning on the usual corporate clichés.

The creative constraint became the creative solution. And the result is a brand film that does more with less, sitting equally well on a company homepage or in the middle of a B2B sales presentation. Smart, elegant, and built from a brief that demanded lateral thinking.

We had a different idea.

We built a time-jumping retrospective for The Good Guys that used authentic props, wardrobes, and settings from each era to bring the brand's evolution to life. The solution for year three was a "Back To The Future" parody that allowed the organisation to reflect on recent achievements and preview what was coming, all wrapped in the tropes of one of the most recognisable film franchises of all time. DeLorean energy, on-the-nose script, and a set design that committed to the bit completely.

The challenge with this kind of video is getting the balance right. Too much corporate reporting and you lose the comedy. Too much comedy and you lose the message. The script threaded that needle precisely, making sure key business metrics landed inside a format that kept the audience genuinely entertained.

No slow pans over press releases. Just a tight, energetic celebration of the collective that felt genuinely "Boost" from start to finish.

That's the goal with internal event content: make the people in the room feel seen, celebrated, and pumped for what's coming next. When you nail the opener, everything that follows benefits from it.

The final video set the bar high for the rest of the evening. And that, in the end, is exactly what it was supposed to do.

"Turn Up The Heart" is one of Specsavers' core cultural pillars. Which is a great thing for a company to commit to. The harder question is: how do you make it feel real instead of declared?

We set up inside the Specsavers head office to minimise disruption and maximise comfort, creating a controlled recording environment that let staff share their stories without leaving their desks for long. A blend of professional green-screen captures and behind-the-scenes footage built out an aesthetic that felt authentic rather than produced.

The most significant creative decision was the intentional inclusion of bloopers. Not as filler, but as strategy. Because the moments where someone laughs at themselves or stumbles over a word before finding the right one are often the moments that actually reveal who they are.

That transparency was the point. When the "human" shows through, the message of empathy and heart-centred culture moves from something the company says to something the viewer can feel.
