Boost Juice - Boost App Acquisition

Getting customers to migrate from a physical loyalty card to a digital app is less about the features and more about the feeling. The Boost Juice VIBE program had the features. The campaign's job was to make it feel exciting, tangible, and a little bit magical.

We approached the challenge with a series of meticulously choreographed greenscreen shoots, capturing precise interactions with mobile devices that could then be extended in post. Through motion graphics, the app's offers were made to physically break out of the phone screen, with fresh fruit and actual smoothies materialising in the real world.

That "breaking the fourth wall" effect gives the content the visual stopping power social media needs. In a feed full of standard product ads, something that behaves unexpectedly earns the pause.

By focusing on the magic of the user experience rather than the mechanics of the software, the campaign made the digital transition feel like an upgrade the customer actually wants, not a process they have to navigate.

The social assets drove significant user acquisition. And the creative approach reminded the audience why they love Boost in the first place. Bright, energetic, and built to convert.
