St Columba's College - Alumnae Retrospect

School history is usually preserved in archives. Documents. Photographs in hallway frames. The challenge with that kind of preservation is that it's static. It doesn't breathe.

St Columba's College wanted something that did.

We built a "living history" for the school by bringing alumnae from various eras back onto campus to share their memories in the places those memories were made. Former students touring familiar hallways. Reunions with retired teachers. The kind of spontaneous, unscripted moments of reflection and recognition that a standard interview setup could never manufacture.

Archival photographs were woven through high-definition modern footage to show how the school's physical landscape has evolved across sixty years while the spirit of the community remained consistent.

The result is a permanent digital archive that serves as a vital link between St Columba's heritage and its ongoing mission. A record of where the school has been that also speaks clearly to where it's going.

Genuinely moving work. The kind that stays with the people in it long after the camera stops rolling.
