Livestream Productions That Actually Elevate Your Brand

To say that live events are unpredictable is a bit of an understatement.

But a good production team shouldn't add to your plate. They should completely offload the thoughts and stresses of the broadcast away from you. That way, you can focus on presenting in a way that looks and feels effortless. Besides, you've got heaps on your plate already!

Balloon Tree Productions are pretty good at organising, setting up and running livestreams for corporate events and training seminars. Let’s chat a little bit about our unique approach to livestreaming.

Passing the Beer and BBQ Test

You'll find heaps of other agencies out there doing fantastic technical work, no arguments there! We don't ever want to talk down on competitors because there's plenty of room for different approaches. On the other hand, our true value at Balloon Tree Productions is our agility and the overall vibe we bring to the set.

We prioritise reliable results over corporate ego, operating as a friendly, low-stress extension of your team. We'd much rather blend in and get the job done smoothly instead of taking over the venue and causing a scene.

We think that a bloated crew creates more headaches, so we bring agile, cross-trained problem solvers instead! Besides, stuffy strategy meetings eat up your valuable time, and we much prefer casual chats to nail the brief quickly!

The Minor Oops (And Why We Cross-Train)

A few weeks ago, we were running a livestream training seminar for a client in the physical recovery industry. The gear was sorted, the runsheets were timed down to the minute and all the stakeholders had approved the plan well in advance.

Then, our technical director came down with a brutal case of food poisoning the night before the event.

Naturally, this could've sent the whole project into a tailspin. He still made it to the venue because he had all the gear in his car. (Good dedication there, mate!)

But because our entire crew is cross-trained, we were able to dynamically pivot roles the morning of the shoot. We set him up with the vision switcher for a straightforward two-camera setup, positioned VERY close to the exit. It was a simple enough task that if he had to leave the room suddenly, someone else could sub in.

The client was completely none the wiser. They got to focus entirely on their presentation whilst we handled the chaos in the background. And it’s all because of our rigid pre-production leading up to the event. Proper pre-prod creates a smooth event, and a smooth event gives us the breathing room to troubleshoot day-of disasters (such as food poisoning!).

Let's Cut Right To It

If you've got a special event video production brewing in the background, flick us a message. We can put together a Same-Day Quote to get the ball rolling. Alternatively, we can easily set up a discovery chat to talk through your ideas without any pressure.

So, are we having Subway or Nandos at the catering table?
